This phase II trial investigates how well the addition of olaparib following completion of surgery and chemotherapy works in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has been surgically removed (resected) and has a pathogenic mutation in BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2. Olaparib is an inhibitor of PARP, an enzyme that helps repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) when it becomes damaged. Open-Label Umbrella Study To Evaluate Safety And Efficacy Of Elacestrant In Various Combination In Participants With Metastatic Breast Cancer

This is a multicenter, Phase 1b/2 trial in participants with estrogen receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (ER+/HER2-) advanced/metastatic breast cancer. The phase 1b part of the trial will determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of elacestrant when administered in combination with alpelisib, everolimus, palbociclib, capivasertib, and ribociclib. The Phase 2 part of the trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of the various combinations.

GEMINI NSCLC Study is a non-interventional study that will be collecting clinical and molecular health information from patients with NSCLC who will receive longitudinal blood collection in addition to their standard of care therapy and disease surveillance with the goals of identifying the molecular evolution of lung cancer with standard of care therapy, and determining the utility of ctDNA dynamics to predict risk of recurrence and therapeutic outcomes.

The main purpose of this study is to assess if olomorasib in combination with pembrolizumab is more effective than the pembrolizumab and placebo combination in part A in participants with resected KRAS G12C-mutant NSCLC and to assess if olomorasib in combination with durvalumab is more effective than the durvalumab and placebo combination in part B in participants with unresectable KRAS G12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. The study may last up to 3 years for each participant.

This phase II trial studies how well vismodegib, focal adhesion kinase (FAK) inhibitor GSK2256098, and capivasertib work in treating patients with meningioma that is growing, spreading, or getting worse (progressive). Vismodegib, FAK inhibitor GSK2256098, capivasertib, and abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
